Chemical composition: The chemical composition of 20Cr seamless steel pipe mainly includes iron, carbon, chromium and other elements, of which the content of silicon is usually between 0.17 and 0.37%.

Welding performance: The weldability of 20Cr seamless steel pipe is good, and there is generally no need for heat treatment after welding. However, if the thickness of the steel pipe is greater than 15mm, it is necessary to preheat to 100~150℃ before welding to ensure the welding quality.

Mechanical properties: 20Cr seamless steel pipe has high strength and hardenability, its tensile strength σb (MPa) ≥835, yield strength σs (MPa) ≥540, elongation δ5 (%) ≥10, section shrinkage ψ (%) ≥40. In addition, it also has good low-temperature impact toughness and low tempering brittleness.

Manufacturing process: The manufacturing process of 20Cr seamless steel pipe includes raw material selection, steelmaking, casting billet, perforation, hot rolling, cold drawing, straightening and other processes. Among them, the cold drawing process is a key step to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the steel pipe.
